As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Full-Time Executive Assistant to join our team in Milano. This role is perfect for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for fashion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage both administrative responsibilities and social media content creation in a dynamic, luxury environment.

Position Details
  • Title: Full-Time Executive Assistant
  • Location: On-site at the Milano office
Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and providing executive support.
  2. Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality materials. Handle communications regarding orders, invoicing, and product quality. Assist in negotiating terms and contracts.
  3. Basic Accounting Work: Assist in managing invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping. Track and reconcile expenses related to showroom operations. Support the preparation of financial reports.
  4. Event Coordination: Organize and manage showroom events, liaising with suppliers as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in managing supplier relationships and supply chain logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
