A marketing agency seeks a responsible individual to manage inboxes and schedule appointments for clients. This full-time, remote role requires bilingual proficiency in Italian and English and data management skills. The position offers a net salary between €1000 and €1500 monthly, with salary reviews every four months, allowing for potential advancement to Campaign Manager.

Responsibilities
Inbox management Manage incoming emails and LinkedIn messages on behalf of our clients. Respond in a professional and friendly manner to questions, objections, and requests
Appointment setting Schedule meetings in clients’ calendars when a prospect shows interest. Keep the contact list up to date and handle follow-ups with accuracy.
Administrative excellence Enter data and update reports in Excel and Airtable. Provide support in software management and communication with vendors.
Practical Details Full-time job, 100% remote. Working hours 9 : 00–18 : 00 Albanian time, Monday to Friday. Weekends off. NET compensation between €1000 and €1500 per month, depending on experience. Required : laptop, camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. Mandatory working proficiency of Italian and English Salary review every 4 months, with potential promotion to “Campaign Manager.” Note : Since the company is based in the United States, we can’t hire directly. We suggest that you open a partita IVA (in Italy) or your country's equivalent. We would cover all pension and tax contributions.
