Descrizione del lavoro

Optimization of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Country Head’s agenda, and support of the smooth delivery of regular Sandoz Leadership Teams’ meetings / agenda.

Administration and purchasing support to ensure the timely delivery of services for effective and efficient Country processes maintenance. Support special events organization and central projects deployment actions.

Supervise the Head Office services and facilities, while coordinating and maximizing external contributions on site.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and manage general administrative tasks.
  • Confidentially plan and proactively anticipate the needs of the Country Head / business in setting up meetings / events.
  • Manage and optimize the Country Head's business trips, including administration and reporting.
  • Coordinate facilities and support services during formal visits from external / global / Region Europe guests.
  • Act as project coordinator for administrative projects (design, planning, implementation, communication, etc.).
  • Assist new joiners with onboarding on main systems, procedures, and processes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational corporate environments.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Italian.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and personal information with utmost care and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and agility in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior-level and international stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
