Competenze

  • Experience in a professional office supporting an executive team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

  • As a result of our continued growth in the Italian market we are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support our business and particularly the Managing Directors. You will join a dynamic and busy team based in Rome.
  • Your Responsibilities
  • Greet & host visitors
  • Prepare and clear meeting rooms
  • Plan and organise team social events
  • Travel & accommodation booking for the managing directors.
  • Attending meetings as necessary in order to take notes, follow up on actions.
  • Prepare meeting materials.
  • Travel throughout Italy required occasionally.
  • Excellent English both written and spoken.
  • Complete confidentiality.

  • You will have experience of working in a professional office environment and supporting an executive team with a range of administrative tasks
  • You will be proficient in use of MS office packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and SharePoint
