What You'll Do
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including team meetings, full staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-site meetings, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, expenses, visas, costs, and documentation.
  • Assist with on-site logistics for events, including attendee coordination, agenda planning, catering, and other activities.
  • Manage office and company-wide communications in support of the CHRO.
  • Support legal and finance teams with scanning, mailing, tracking, and handling sensitive documents.
  • Perform other administrative and project duties as requested.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative, Office, or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendaring), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Responsive, open-minded, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented with a proactive attitude and a positive personality.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
