A leading company is seeking an Executive Assistant with extensive experience to support the President & COO. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings, all while maintaining high professionalism and confidentiality. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, have a proven track record in executive support roles, and demonstrate flexibility in fast-paced environments.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks that vary in complexity and sensitivity. This position reports to the President & COO and supports the Business Management Office. The Executive Assistant should be a resourceful team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The role requires good judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to balance multiple priorities effectively.
