Kroll is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and President. This role requires strong organisational skills, at least 5 years of experience, and excellent command of English. Responsibilities include agenda management, documentation preparation, and coordination of meetings, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values diversity and collaboration.

Competenze

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and ideally a second language (French or German).
  • Ability to interact with senior management and handle confidential information.

Mansioni

  • Manage CEO and President's agenda and travel arrangements.
  • Draft confidential documents and take meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.

We are currently recruiting an

  • Executive Assistant
  • who will support the Chief Executive Officer and the President
  • Responsibilities
  • Organisation and agenda management, preparation of preparatory material for meetings
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Planning meetings and travel
  • Managing and archiving company documentation and correspondence
  • Filtering calls
  • Preparation and drafting of confidential documents
  • Preparation and dispatch of notices and documents required by the Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings
  • Coordination with Group secretariats
  • Drafting letters and communications and managing the flow of information to other company units or outside the company
  • Updating and managing information archives (privacy, procedures, internal documents).
  • Requirements
  • Preferably at least 5 years' experience in the same role in structured contexts
  • Ability to view contracts and identify legal issues
  • Accuracy, tidiness, patience, organisational skills and ability to interact with people
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility as well as autonomy, flexibility, proactivity and dynamism
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package and online communication tools (Web-ex, Jabber, Teams, Zoom etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of a second foreign language (French or German) would be appreciated
  • Problem solving skills, flexible working hours, interpersonal and discretionary skills complete the profile.
