The Engineering Team is seeking a Project Execution Manager at our Monza site.

What about the job

• Lead and develop a team of Project Engineers
• Coach Project Engineers to improve their performance
• Select, lead, evaluate, supervise, and develop a team of engineers, technical managers, and support staff to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to specifications
• Ensure continuous process improvement and the implementation of quality tools
• Collaborate with and support Engineering management and other departments
• Engineer products and solutions for assigned projects
• Take full end-to-end responsibility for projects, including:
• All customer-required documentation
• Documents for Module Workshops (MWS)
• Documents for Automation Development (AD), including control panels and software specifications
• Documents for Class Society compliance
• Adherence to relevant directives and regulations:
• Machinery Directive (MD) 98/37/EC
• Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC
• Explosive Atmospheres Directive (ATEX) 2014/34/EU

Factory and site approval testing

Complete and update instruction manuals

What you know

• An engineering degree with at least 10 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably with team management experience
• Experience in Marine, Engine Power, Energy, or Oil & Gas industries is advantageous
• Knowledge of Machinery and ATEX directives
• Proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in spoken and written English
