About the Role
The European Works Council (EWC), established in 1997, represents Generali Group employees across Europe, currently comprising 43 delegates from 17 EU countries. Its main purpose is to be informed and consulted on European transnational projects and initiatives that impact workers. Key topics include digital transformation, new ways of working, and sustainability, as outlined in the recent Joint Declaration on the New Sustainable Way of Working in a Next Normal Scenario.
To facilitate ongoing dialogue between the EWC and the Group, a dedicated team called the EWC Relations and Labour Network was established at Generali Group Head Office. We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join this team.
