Events Executive
Purpose

Responsible for executing European third-party and proprietary events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing local proprietary events such as conferences, roadshows, and seasonal parties, with a focus on Italian events, supporting the European team.
  • Supporting client visits to M&G’s UK Headquarters.
  • End-to-end delivery of third-party events and trade shows.
  • Managing internal and offsite events for global distribution alongside the UK Event Executive, including Christmas parties, offsites, and awards dinners.
  • Collaborating with the Global Events Lead and Senior Event Manager on cross-channel, flagship London events.
  • Supporting event creation, including briefs, speaker bookings, venue sourcing, budget management, on-site delivery, and post-event review.
  • Ensuring compliance with G&H requirements and local regulations.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages like German, Spanish, or French are advantageous.
  • Experience as an events executive or coordinator, preferably in financial services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Teradata, and Eloqua systems.
