As an Events Executive at Hotel Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel, you are an essential member of our distinguished Events team. You will embody the legendary standards of service and exquisite attention to detail that define Hotel Cipriani, ensuring every event reflects our heritage of unparalleled elegance.

Responsibilities
  • Client & group communication & support: Acting as a primary contact for clients and groups, managing inquiries, special requests, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Documentation & administration: Preparing contracts, billing information, banquet event orders, and all necessary documentation for group services and events.
  • Internal coordination: Ensuring alignment and seamless execution of group events and services by coordinating with various internal departments (Sales, Reservations, F&B, Front Office, Rooms).
  • Bookings & request management: Managing group bookings, guest requests, deposits, and related reporting.
  • Event sales & execution (including Weddings): Supporting the sale and organization of event and wedding packages, ensuring the hotel's high quality standards are met.
  • Site inspections & client meetings: Conducting site inspections and meeting with clients to discuss and finalize event details.
  • Sales administrative support: Handling sales-related administrative tasks, including hotel agreements and document preparation.
  • Guidance & advice: Providing advice and assistance to group members, directing them to appropriate resources and proactively addressing their requests.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar events coordination, or hospitality role or high‐end event management company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian. French will be preferential.
  • Customer‑oriented and attentive to detail.
  • Flexibility in working hours and availability to work weekends and holidays.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy at the moment of application.
