We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Event Specialist to manage the organization of Odoo Business Shows, Odoo Academy training sessions, trade shows, and other locally-led events in Italy.

As an Event Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our events :

• Managing all logistical aspects, including venue booking and contract negotiations.
• Collaborating closely with sales teams and providing training to prepare them as event presenters.
• Creating and managing event pages while handling promotions through email marketing and social media.
• Engaging with sponsors and ensuring strong partnerships for successful events.

This position combines creativity and rigor . You need to think outside the box . To succeed, you should have solid organizational skills and a good knowledge of our innovative software.

• At least 2 years of experience in event management
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) - both written and spoken
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Creative
• Solution-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt easily to a fast-changing environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in marketing, event management, or communication)
• Business mindset : attention to detail, curiosity, and rigor
• Experience in webinar and online events organization
• Experience using Meta Business Suite
• Interest or previous experience in the software-IT industry
