We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Event Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for non-sporting events at Juventus’ Allianz Stadium. From concerts to conferences, you’ll turn our iconic venue into a vibrant hub of entertainment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full sales process: outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Identify new opportunities for large-scale entertainment, conventions, and experiences
• Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Ops, Marketing, Hospitality) to deliver seamless events
• Monitor market trends and position Juventus as a top-tier venue for global productions
• Represent Juventus at industry events and trade fairs
• Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts

Who You Are:

• 3+ years in event sales, venue management, or B2B commercial roles
• Strong network in live entertainment, production, or hospitality
• Skilled negotiator with knowledge of contracts and venue logistics
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages welcome
• Driven, organized, and relationship-oriented
