To carry out our mission we are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

Support our marketing strategy through the design, organization, and execution of corporate events, conferences, and branding activities that support the growth of our business, generate qualified leads, and have a measurable impact on revenue.

Independently manage high-profile events, such as international conferences, trade shows, summits, and one-on-one meetings with strategic partners. Handle budget, logistics, and supplier selection, including venues, advanced technologies for digital events, and personalized services.

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and communications teams to ensure that events align with the brand's vision.

Coordinate the support team during events, overseeing the management of the program, guests, and speakers, and supervising the creation of promotional materials for the events.

Work closely with the communications team to promote events through digital and traditional channels, such as social media, email marketing, and public relations.

Manage the assigned budget for each event, ensuring expenses are monitored and comply with company financial guidelines.

Manage and develop relationships with strategic partners, agencies, and other key stakeholders in the industry, maximizing the impact of events.

Develop a continuous engagement strategy, utilizing personalized follow-ups, webinars, post-event workshops, and other exclusive content to maintain participants' interest over time.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

At least 5-7 years of experience in event marketing, with experience in managing complex and international events.

Strong experience in using platforms for digital / hybrid events and managing advanced technologies. In-depth knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, data analytics, and social media marketing.

In-depth knowledge of key marketing and sales metrics, with experience in applying advanced funnel analysis techniques and conversion optimization.

Analytical skills : ability to use data to analyze and optimize platform performance, with a strong focus on achieving high-quality results.

Communication and leadership : excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (C1) and the ability to collaborate with different teams (technical, marketing, operations), as well as external stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities and motivate the team toward common goals.

Results-oriented mindset : practical and results-driven approach with the ability to make quick decisions to improve the platform continuously.
