Description

The primary role of an iLUKA Host is to act as an ambassador, representing our client's brand and delivering exceptional and memorable hospitality experiences to all guests at our global events.

Hosts may be deployed in various settings, with role responsibilities slightly varying depending on the environment.

We are seeking hosts to work throughout the event, which may last between 12 and 25 days in February 2026. Some roles may continue into the next event in March.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to guests
• Provide friendly and welcoming meet and greet service, understanding guest touchpoints
• Be the first point of contact upon guest arrival
• Manage and organize guest groups to ensure timely placement
• Accompany guests throughout their journey, resolving issues to ensure a smooth experience
• Provide information and assistance at all stages of the programme
• Create a friendly, fun, guest-focused environment
• Coordinate guest departures at the end of their experience

Specific Responsibilities by Environment:

Airport:

• Act as the first and last point of contact for guests arriving and departing
• Manage guest lists and ensure smooth airport transitions
• Hand over guests to transport teams
• Manage the Hospitality Desk for check-in and provide local information
• Enhance the guest experience at the hotel

Hospitality Venue:

• Meet and greet guests warmly
• Ensure the venue is well presented
• Assist venue teams as needed
• Support F&B/lounge operations within the venue

Event / Coach:

• Provide information and assistance across all contact points
• Accompany guests during their programme
• Manage guest lists and facilitate smooth transitions between venues and teams

Venue / Showcasing:

• Manage guest flow and queues safely
• Provide assistance as needed

All team members are expected to contribute to other business aspects as necessary.
