Event Coordinator - Palladium Hotel Group

Location: Campofelice di Roccella, Sicily, Italy

Palladium Hotel Group is seeking an Event Coordinator for the Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa, a 5-star resort located on the northern coast of Sicily.

Role Objective

The Event Coordinator acts as the main link between sales and the execution of events within the hotel. Their mission is to ensure service standards are met and to turn our clients into fans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Planning and managing MICE projects.
  • Handling payments from initiation to final settlement, including invoicing, and reporting any incidents or issues to the MICE Manager.
  • Upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Finalizing services with clients, including schedules, guest numbers, etc.
  • Preparing the service order (ODS) and communicating it in advance to relevant departments.
  • Monitoring rooming lists, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Supporting internal groups, acting as the main contact for clients and a reference point for hotel departments.
  • Checking daily charges, extra service tickets, etc.
  • Conducting site inspections.
  • Closing billing and updating SECNET in collaboration with the Front Desk Manager and CFO.
