About the job

We’re seeking an organized and proactive Event Assistant to support the Global Event Manager in executing international events, from logistics to budgeting and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and pays attention to detail.

Be at the Heart of Global Events

Support the planning and execution of high-profile international events that connect leaders and innovators worldwide.

Remote flexibility is available, with a preference for candidates in the EU due to logistics and time zone considerations, but global applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities:
  • Event & Logistics Support: Coordinate event planning, liaise with venues and vendors, monitor timelines.
  • Finance & Budget Management: Track expenses, process invoices, support budget reports.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, manage contracts and event files.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements include 3+ years in executive assistance, event support, or finance roles, willingness to travel, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and fluency in English and Spanish.
