The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, fluent English proficiency, and strong skills in administration and project coordination. This role involves managing event documentation and stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Human Resources International Specialist at ROVI

Name of position: Event & Congress Specialist

Department: Commercial

List of Functions and Responsibilities
  • Supporting the planning, the implantation and organization of Local and international Advisory board, Third Parties, Medical and Marketing events, proposing the best solutions according to ROVI’s and local requirements and regulations
  • Collecting and supervising the documentation requested for Events and Congresses (e.g. contracts where appropriate, privacy consent, EFPIA)
  • Developing documentation for annual EFPIA Spend Transparency and for annual Event final accounting, according to legal requirement.
  • Coordinating and managing the organization of the National & Area Meetings.
  • Selecting external agencies and coordinating the logistics and all the information requested to plan and organize the event
  • Coordinating delegates’ engagement process for ROVI’s and Third Parties’ Events
  • Supervise and collaborate with all events and roadshow related service providers, stand builders, cooperation partners and agencies, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders throughout an event’s lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage timelines for event deliverables which may include promotion, communication and marketing materials; ensuring that all equipment is set up properly.
  • Congress and Events notification process to AIFA coordination and supervise.
  • Any other responsibility that has been included in the procedures of the Management System
Profile Required for the Job Position
Training / Experience (minimum required)
  • University education with 2-5 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Languages
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
Experience
  • Minimum of experience managing events and congresses for pharmaceutical companies
Skills / Competence
  • Capacity for teamwork
  • High social competence and good communication skills
  • Capable of working on own initiative.
  • Skills in administration, coordination, and project support
