Alpitronic, a leader in e-mobility, seeks an embedded software product professional to define roadmaps and translate market needs into prioritized requirements. You will work across engineering, validation, service, sales and marketing to optimize the software lifecycle and deliver customer-ready releases. Strong communication, analytics, and language skills are essential.

The role is based in Bolzano with opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation package including a 30% bonus.

Competenze

Degree in Electronics, Automation, Software, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in a technical and customer-facing role.
Knowledge of EV charging industry, OCPP and charging protocols.
Familiarity with load/energy management, networking, cybersecurity concepts.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies; Jira/Confluence a plus.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English, German and/or Italian is a plus.

Mansioni

Define embedded software roadmap aligned with strategy, market trends and regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify product opportunities.
Translate market needs into product requirements and prioritize the software backlog with R&D.
Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, Service, Sales and Marketing across the lifecycle.
Support creation of technical docs, release notes, and knowledge bases.
Develop customer-facing material and sales enablement content; deliver training.
Monitor software performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
