About Our Client

Our client is an international group operating in the advanced plant nutrition sector, with a solid presence in global markets and a production and commercial structure distributed across several continents. The company operates through two main Business Units: one focused on traditional chemistry and another dedicated to the development of innovative solutions for plant nutrition and biostimulants, currently experiencing strong growth.

Job Description
1. Business & Market Development
  • Achieve revenue and margin growth targets by increasing the customer base across Europe and the assigned international markets.
  • Accelerate the introduction of new, high-value technologies and formulations.
  • Identify, select and develop distributors, focusing on technically skilled partners capable of managing complex product portfolios.
  • Expand the commercial network in key markets such as Poland, Ukraine, the Ex-Yugoslavian countries and Eastern Europe (excluding Germany, France and Spain, already managed).
  • Scout and establish new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen the company's positioning in both existing and new markets.
2. Sales Network Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Manage Area Managers.
  • Report directly to the General Manager.
3. Operational Activities & Planning
  • Prepare the annual sales budget and monthly sales forecasts in line with corporate objectives and assigned guidelines.
  • Participate in major international fairs, industry events and technical field visits.
  • Understand, with the support of the technical team, the company's production processes, new plants and specific technical components, ensuring effective communication with customers and technical partners.
  • Support the production and supply chain teams in managing orders, priorities and operational constraints.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Biology or related disciplines.
  • Solid technical expertise in crop nutrition, biostimulants, bioactivators and specialty fertilizers.
  • Proven experience as a Sales in companies active in specialty fertilizers and/or biostimulants.
  • Strong business development background and a well-established network of distributors across Europe.
  • Experience working in the field, closely interacting with distributors, partners and growers.

  • Ambitious, determined and capable of energizing, motivating and revitalizing existing teams.
