Qualifications

• Must have a strong track record leading research and collaboration programs in healthcare or med-tech.
• Proven ability to secure funding and manage multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience guiding cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute regional research and collaboration strategy across Europe.
• Identify and lead partnerships with academia, healthcare providers, and government bodies.
• Develop frameworks creating scientific, clinical, and commercial value.
• Represent GE HealthCare in external forums and manage executive relationships.
• Oversee governance, budgets, KPIs, and risk in regional programs.
• Lead and develop a team of Regional Research Managers across geographies.
