ROCKWOOL Group in Milan seeks a Project Manager to align Marketing, Development, and Group Development, translating ideas into business cases and steering innovation projects across Europe. You will manage milestones, collaborate with labs and suppliers, and ensure regulatory and patent compliance while driving performance improvements in stone wool systems.

The role demands building physics knowledge, a pragmatic, product-focused mindset, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Experience in project management within construction or industry.
• Solid understanding of building physics and related calculations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Strong ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Translate ideas and projects into business cases with sales forecasts, cost reductions, and improvements.
• Create steps and milestones for innovation projects and define go/no-go gates.
• Collaborate with laboratories, suppliers, and factories to test processes and products.
• Produce technical documentation for portfolio to shorten route to market.
• Identify levers to improve technical performance and align portfolio with new systems.
