We have an exciting opportunity for a European IP Counsel to join our Specialty Diagnostics Group’s (SDG) IP team supporting one or more European-based Divisions within the Group.
As European IP Counsel, you will lead strategic patent portfolio development, identify and manage patent opportunities and risks, and provide IP training and support at multiple European SDG sites. You will also support European oppositions as needed. This role involves collaboration with legal, R&D, and business teams.
This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Europe. Some international travel (up to 10% annually) may be required, including overnight stays. European qualified patent attorneys are encouraged to apply.
