We have an exciting opportunity for a European IP Counsel to join our Specialty Diagnostics Group’s (SDG) IP team, supporting one or more European-based divisions within the group.
As European IP Counsel, you will lead strategic patent portfolio development, identify and manage patent opportunities and risks in a dynamic environment, and provide IP training and support across multiple European SDG sites. You will also support European oppositions as needed and collaborate closely with legal, R&D, and business teams.
This role is offered as a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Europe. Some international travel (up to 10% annually, including overnight stays) may be required. European-qualified patent attorneys at law firms are encouraged to apply.
This role is within our SDG, which has over 40 locations worldwide. SDG focuses on in vitro diagnostics, including test kits, reagents, culture media, instruments, and related products for healthcare, clinical, pharmaceutical, and industrial labs.
