United Electronic Industries (UEI) is seeking a technically curious Field Applications Engineer to support and grow our business across Europe. The FAE will serve as a key technical resource for customers and the sales team across the region and will operate and maintain UEI's calibration station located in Italy.

This role combines technical applications expertise, sales support, and hands-on calibration services.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Applications Engineer or FAE.
Hands-on calibration experience and lab operations knowledge.
Experience with DAQ, embedded control, and test & measurement.

Mansioni

Support customers across Europe in design, development, deployment and debugging using UEI hardware/software.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support via phone, email, virtual meetings, and on-site visits.
Perform system-level troubleshooting across hardware, software, and embedded systems.
Conduct software testing, code reviews, and validation activities for customer/internal systems.
Deliver customer training sessions on UEI products and applications (remote/on-site).
Prepare quotations and technical documentation as part of the sales process.
Maintain calibration station operations and lab safety/compliance.
