Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth in European markets.

You will work closely with our Managing Director and coordinate an international team to achieve business objectives. Your primary focus will be on defining short- and long-term commercial strategies for both Italian and foreign markets, with a strong emphasis on European countries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. They will also possess technical knowledge in the industrial market, preferably in motor, gear, or switch gear production.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Techincal degree (MBA a plus)
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales management in the industrial market
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Mandatory requirement : excellent English language skills (written and spoken) and knowledge of a second European language
  • Availability to travel 50%
