The European Account Manager at UPS Healthcare is responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitable UPS revenue through the development of new business and the retention and penetration of existing business.
The assigned portfolio includes customers with an annual UPS spend across all products (mainly Small Package, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, Active cold chain ground and packaging) of at least 40,000 EUR. The EAM will also manage all potential satellite locations for its customers across Europe.
Hunting for new business will require visiting a specific postal code area. The European Account Manager will spend most of the week on the road visiting customers, with a minimum of 5 in-person customer meetings per week.
