Position Overview

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Europe Sales Manager to increase their existing presence and business in Europe. Based in Italy, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth, managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the sales strategy for Europe in alignment with their growth objectives.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage flavours.
  3. Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, partners, and key accounts.
  4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements with customers.
  5. Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, and production teams to provide customized flavour solutions.
  6. Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings across Europe.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting to senior management.
