Within the Europe Marketing Department in Rome, we are searching for the Europe Media Coordinator (Jewels, Watches, Accessories, Perfumes).
Reporting to the Europe Marketing Director, the selected candidate will develop strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the brand positioning, build all Bvlgari Icons, and reach locals across Europe. They will coordinate media strategies, manage ATL budgets, and tailor initiatives for the European region to deliver outstanding Bvlgari experiences.

Accountabilities
- Collaborate to define the European marketing and communication strategies and manage ATL budget allocation across markets in line with the brand vision, mission, and goals.
- Establish strong relationships with Europe and all stakeholders to build a cohesive European marketing team.
- Develop and implement media plans, ensuring appropriate media coverage according to central guidelines, and enable local teams for efficient PR negotiations.
- Coordinate local marketing teams and European media agencies to execute harmonized traditional and digital communication plans, tailoring activities to local marketplaces, audiences, and brand awareness levels, while ensuring coordination of pan-European activities.
- Report monthly to HQ on media spending split across markets, icons, and channels using specific templates.
- Manage the ATL budget, monitor it, and coordinate revisions with all markets, updating initiatives accordingly.
- Support controlling in monthly billing reconciliation, minimizing discrepancies between forecasted and actual expenses.
- Raise purchase orders monthly per media plan and facilitate vendor payments (media agencies, suppliers, JBP partners like Google).
- Analyze business performance data to optimize media spending for maximum results.
- Monitor media campaign performance monthly to ensure growth in traffic, qualified sessions, and online sales YoY, in coordination with the b.com and eCommerce teams in Rome and Dublin.
Profilo
Qualifications/Professional Capabilities
- Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing and media coordination
- Skills in budgeting and reporting
- Project management expertise
- Knowledge of digital communication
- Understanding social media networks and current digital trends
- Knowledge of SEO & SEM strategies
- Proficiency in IT applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus
