Within the Europe Marketing Department in Rome, we are searching for the Europe Media Coordinator (Jewels, Watches, Accessories, Perfumes).
Reporting to the Europe Marketing Director, the selected candidate will develop strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the brand positioning and build up all Bvlgari Icons and reach locals across Europe. He/She will be in charge of coordinating media strategies, managing ATL budgets, and tailoring initiatives for the European region to deliver outstanding Bvlgari experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define European marketing and communication strategies, manage ATL budget allocation across markets aligning with the Brand vision, mission, and goals.
- Establish strong relationships with Europe and various stakeholders to build a cohesive European marketing team.
- Develop and implement media plans ensuring appropriate media coverage according to Central guidelines, facilitating local PR negotiations.
- Coordinate Local Marketing Teams and European Media Agencies to execute harmonized traditional and digital communication plans, tailoring activities to local marketplaces and audience maturity while ensuring coordination of pan-European marketing initiatives.
- Report monthly to HQ on media spending across markets, icons, and channels using specific monitoring templates.
- Manage the ATL budget, monitor expenditures, coordinate budget revisions, and update initiative schedules accordingly.
- Assist Controlling with monthly billing reconciliation, minimizing discrepancies between forecasted and actual spend.
- Raise Purchase Orders monthly as per media plans and facilitate payments to vendors (Media Agencies, Suppliers, JBP partners like Google).
- Provide proactive analysis of business performance and media spend optimization to maximize results.
- Monitor media campaign performance monthly, ensuring traffic growth, qualified sessions, and YoY online sales in coordination with eCommerce teams in Rome and Dublin.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and media coordination.
- Skills in budgeting and reporting.
- Project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of digital communication and social media trends.
- Understanding of SEO & SEM strategies.
- Proficiency in IT applications (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
