We are searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global network of plants, sales offices, and R&D centers.

Location: Northern Italy onsite

This is a Business to Business job. Please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried fruits and vegetables, and other value-added Food Ingredients, not FMCG or HORECA.

  • You will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD.
  • You are a specialist in Food Ingredients.
  • Develop strategies and formulate an annual business plan, market share objectives.
  • You are able to lead a larger team: Finance, Operations, Sales Business Development, R&D, NPD, etc.
  • Develop, lead, and manage all commercial activities of the business, implementing an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy.
  • Focus primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.
  • Ensure profitable business growth and commercial success.
  • Require MBA from a reputed institute, with 15-20 years of experience in the Food B2B industry.
  • Responsible for driving the entire business operations for the Food Business, focusing on top-line and bottom-line performance.
  • Increase revenues and augment profitability.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
Tasks

This is not an FMCG job, nor for GMs of Hotels.
