Euronext Clearing in Rome is seeking a Clearing Operational Risk Manager to strengthen the operational risk framework across IT and business processes, ensuring governance in line with regulatory requirements including DORA.
Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, KPI monitoring, incident analysis and reporting to senior management, while coordinating with regulators and auditors. Fluent English and strong governance knowledge are essential.

We are seeking a skilled Clearing Operational Risk Manager to join our team in Rome. In this role, you will support the operational risk framework and contribute to the ongoing development of risk culture and processes across the organisation, ensuring robust risk management in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Gross Annual Salary: 55.000 - 65.000 euro
Master's degree in computer science, cyber security, engineering, information technology, economics, finance or a related field 5-6 years of work experience within financial or technology services (e.g. banks, regulators, audit or consultancy firms), ideally with exposure to clearing or post-trade environments Good knowledge of IT governance, information security and business continuity frameworks (such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, CIS Framework, ITIL, DORA) Strong transversal understanding of end-to-end business, operational and IT processes Experience in coordinating projects and engaging with regulatory authorities Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess cross-functional impacts Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss risks in an approachable and structured manner Precision, attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines Fluency in both spoken and written English Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
