Job Description:

1. Key accountabilities:
   • Elicit, analyze, and document Business Requirements for development projects, testing, and implementation.
   • Collaborate with PMO, Development, and QA teams to support development and testing activities during project phases.
   • Coordinate with commercial teams on third-party sales, including preparing responses to RFPs, conducting Market Design Studies, and supporting products.
   • Communicate and integrate complex IT solutions effectively.
   • Create functional documentation such as specifications, user guides, and reports for ITS exchange products.
2. Your profile:
   • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
   • Excellent oral and written communication skills for documenting complex requirements clearly.
   • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in client-facing projects.
   • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
   • Ability to collaborate across IT and business project teams.
