Angelo Po Grandi Cucine S.P.A. in Modena, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Tax & Accounting Manager to lead accounting across Italy, France, and Spain. You will drive statutory and group reporting under US GAAP, ensure tax compliance, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will develop the team of Accounting Specialists, coordinate audits, and advance ERP-driven digitalization and process improvements within Finance.

Competenze

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure statutory accounts and financial statements accuracy.
• Manage Group reporting under US GAAP and reconcile differences with local standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure control compliance.
• Oversee tax compliance, transfer pricing, and interactions with tax advisors.
• Monitor accounts receivable, credit exposure, and working capital.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement in Finance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Accounting Specialists.

Mansioni

• Lead financial closing cycles and ensure accuracy of statutory accounts.
• Manage group reporting under US GAAP and harmonize with local GAAP.
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls.
