Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, you will be responsible for product planning and execution, including assessing customer needs, analyzing market trends, and prioritizing product requirements on behalf of customers. The Product Manager will define the product vision and collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure project delivery, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s (PM) responsibilities include:

Vision

• Define and refine a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy, including milestones and phases.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product strategy.

Execution

• Create business cases for new products or features.
• Coordinate with product owners on design, roadmap execution, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
• Manage dependencies with other Product Managers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies, training, and materials.

Growth

• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally.
• Package and price products based on customer data, sales data, and market intelligence.
• Enhance customer engagement through product ownership and delivery.
• Gather VOC (Voice of Customer) data to ensure user adoption.
• Experience with device connectivity, IoT, and asset management products.
• Proven success in building global platforms with microservices and APIs.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager in SaaS environments.
• Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe is a plus).
• Product Manager certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with SaaS product packaging and pricing.
• Curiosity about customers and a passion for innovation.
• Problem-solving skills using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Act with agility, integrity, inclusion, and trust.
