Job summary

Syensqo is seeking an EU Industrial Compounding Technology Leader to bridge technology, manufacturing and innovation across multiple sites. You will lead safety, reliability and efficiency improvements for extrusion and compounding operations, partnering with plant teams, maintenance, suppliers and R&D to scale new products from concept to manufacturing.

The role requires a strong technical background in chemical or mechanical engineering, 3–7 years in extrusion or related manufacturing, and

• Bachelor's or higher in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
