Syensqo is seeking an EU Industrial Compounding Technology Leader to bridge technology, manufacturing, and innovation across extrusion and compounding operations in Italy. You will partner with plant teams, maintenance, suppliers, and R&I colleagues to solve real-world manufacturing challenges and enable growth from concept to full production.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
3–7 years in extrusion operations engineering or manufacturing.
Willing to travel to regional facilities for training and projects.
Strong safety and environmental orientation; familiarity with PSM/OSHA 1910.

Lead capital and reliability improvements; optimize process capability.
