STAM is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join the Digital Solutions team in Cagliari. You will manage a portfolio of innovative projects, ensuring solutions meet market and customer needs while fostering partnerships with stakeholders.

The role involves portfolio management, strategy development, and lifecycle oversight from initial development to updates, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven transformation and collaboration with energy, industrial, and infrastructure clients.

Competenze

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Energetic, Management, Computer, Telecommunication Engineer or Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in IT projects within energy, infrastructure or industry domains.
• Experience in requirements analysis and specifications for IT projects.
• Collaborating with users and clients to translate needs into product requirements.
• Defining product vision and maintaining cohesion throughout the process.
• Creating a product roadmap based on this vision.
• Knowledge of testing/validation activities.

STAM is looking for a Digital Product Owner to join its office Cagliari within STAM’s Digital Solutions Business Area.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Join the Digital Solutions team at STAM and you’ll have the opportunity to work in the energy, industrial, and critical infrastructure sectors, collaborating with key players in the national and European industrial landscape. In this role, you will support clients in their growth and digital transformation journey.

The sought-after candidate will take on the role of Product Owner, managing a portfolio of innovative, high-tech projects both in the field of funded research and as a solution provider. They will be responsible for ensuring that the developed solutions meet market and customer needs, creating a win-win relationship with partners and stakeholders. Specifically, the role will involve the following activities:

• Portfolio management and development: Overseeing and coordinating and acquiring projects, with a strong focus on research and development;
• Development strategy definition: Designing and implementing a consistent growth and development strategy that optimizes project activities and promotes a modular, integrated approach;
• Requirements analysis and definition: Gathering and defining functional and technical requirements in line with customer needs, supporting the creation of test cases and managing project activities;
• Software lifecycle management: Overseeing the complete software lifecycle, from initial development to release, maintenance, and ongoing updates.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in managing technology projects and a strong passion for digital innovation.

REQUIREMENTS

Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Energetic, Management, Computer, Telecommunication Engineer or Computer Science or equivalent;

At least two years of experience:

• Management of IT projects in the energy, infrastructure or industry domain;
• Requirements analysis and specifications for IT projects;
• Analysis and Implementation of Customer’s requirements for IT projects;
• Collaborating with users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements;
• Defining the vision for the product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process;
• Creating a product roadmap based on this vision;
• Knowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification process.

Knowledge of testing and validation activities;

Good teamworking, communication and interpersonal skills;

Critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail;

Good knowledge of the English language and in drafting project documentation.

Indicative annual gross salary: 33-42K euro
