Who You Are

You are passionate about fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Associate, you are an MK Ambassador who represents the vision of Michael Kors. You are empowered to deliver an exceptional customer experience, collaborate positively with team members, and approach challenges with speed, energy, and optimism.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools.
  • Maintain floor and stock presence.
  • Build and sustain good communication with the management team to enhance store performance.
  • Utilize Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert, advising customers with passion and confidence.
  • Understand business results and identify opportunities to increase sales.
You’ll Need to Have
  • Enthusiasm and energy to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with relevant sales experience.
  • Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members to achieve results.
  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to leverage it to enhance sales and customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills; knowledge of the local language is preferable.
