GA-Alliance, based in Milan, seeks a lawyer with a broad but focused interest in European business law and at least 2 years PQE in this area. The role emphasizes antitrust, merger control, AGCM interactions, and Golden Power issues, with additional EU regulatory experience valued.

Excellent communication is essential; you will work within large international teams and take ownership of responsibilities while collaborating with legal and business professionals across borders.

Competenze

• 2+ years PQE in EU business law or related practice.
• Experience with EU antitrust and merger control.
• Strong knowledge of European institutions and frameworks.

Mansioni

• Support EU law team on private and public clients globally.
• Advise on antitrust and foreign investment matters, including merger control.
• Prepare submissions and reports to EU institutions.
• Monitor EU regulatory developments and keep clients updated.
• Assist in business development and client engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across jurisdictions.
