GA-Alliance in Milan seeks a lawyer specializing in European business law with at least 2 years PQE. You will join the EU law team, advising private and public clients on antitrust, merger control, and regulatory matters across the EU and Italy.

The role involves cross-border collaboration with international teams and exposure to EU institutions. You will work on merger filings, AGCM interactions, and Golden Power procedures, contributing to EU regulatory advisory and compliance projects for

Competenze

• Excellent academic credentials; an LL.M. is a plus
• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in a relevant legal practice area
• Experience within a top-tier law firm is a plus
• Strong knowledge of European legal frameworks and institutions
• Hands-on experience with antitrust matters, including merger notifications, interactions with competition authorities (notably AGCM), and Golden Power procedures
• Business development mindset and strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• The candidate will be part of the EU law team, supporting both private and public clients on a global scale.
• The team regularly assists EU institutions and agencies in shaping future European legislation, as well as in ensuring the proper implementation of EU regulations at the national level across the 27 Member States.
• Your main responsibilities will include: Conducting legal research and in-depth EU law analysis, Advising on antitrust and foreign investment matters, including merger control filings, AGCM communications, and Golden Power notifications and compliance, Assisting in the preparation of submissions and reports to EU institutions, Screening new opportunities funded by EU institutions, Supporting consortium-building processes, Providing day-to-day legal advice to clients on EU regulatory and compliance issues, Monitoring and analyzing legislative and policy developments at EU level
