Element Materials Technology is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. No prior ETCH or NDT experience is required, and you'll learn through a structured training program while supporting chemical processing and inspection tasks.

This is a second shift role (1:00pm–9:00pm, Monday–Friday) with a starting hourly rate of $20.00 plus a $3.00 shift differential, offering a clear path toward Inspector certification.
