Estimator/Project Manager

Holland Roofing Group, LLC, one of the largest commercial roofing companies in the United States with locations nationwide, is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager for its Florence, KY office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Estimating and bidding projects through comprehensive review of project plans, specifications, and public bid documents.
2. Performing complete quantitative take-offs of project plans and reviewing specification codes and related system requirements.
3. Securing pricing and analyzing project labor requirements to prepare accurate estimates.
4. Maintaining strong communication with project managers, clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
5. Attending pre-bid meetings.
6. Understanding various roofing system requirements and assemblies from different manufacturers.
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.

Job Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
2. Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
3. Ability to perform basic calculations involving discounts, interest, algebra, and geometry.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, architects, consultants, and field personnel.
