Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on their needs; prepare bidding documents.
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market and transform them into competitive product demands.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical, automation, or related fields.
• Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiarity with grid-forming PCS technology.
• Knowledge of development processes and requirements for energy storage projects in overseas regions.
• Priority for candidates with 10+ years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English technical specifications and papers; excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong user needs analysis, customer relationship management, communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
