Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents.
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields.
2. Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiar with grid-forming PCS technology.
4. Knowledge of overseas energy storage project development processes and requirements.
5. Priority to candidates with 10+ years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
6. Proficient in reading technical specifications and papers in English; excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
7. Strong user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills.
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
