The role involves analyzing technical requirements for overseas projects, designing solutions based on client needs, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and ideally possess over 3 years of experience in energy projects. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of renewable energy systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
• Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents.
• Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
• Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
• Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields.
• Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiarity with grid-forming PCS technology.
• Knowledge of energy storage project development processes and requirements in overseas regions.
• Priority given to those with 3+ years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
• Ability to read English technical specifications and papers; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
