A leading energy solutions firm is seeking a professional to collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas energy storage projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in renewable energy or a related field, with strong experience in energy projects. Key responsibilities include client communication and project implementation. Proficiency in English is essential. This position is based in Toscana, Firenze.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy or related fields.

Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects;
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents;
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation;
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information;
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors;
2. Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems;
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology;
4. Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions;
5. Priority given to those with 3 years or more of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.);
6. Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
7. Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills;
8. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
