A global leader in energy solutions is looking for a Service Products Sales Engineer in Rome. You will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and collaborate with various teams to drive success. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and some experience in the new energy market, along with good English communication skills. This position may involve travel.

Competenze

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track and report regional performance metrics. Utilize CRM for sales activities management.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align efforts. Provide field feedback for product development. Lead and mentor sales teams, set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
