Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
  • Customer & Partner Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
  • Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Provide field feedback to influence product development and service enhancements.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).
  • Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  2. Strong decision-making skills, capable of making quick, accurate decisions and implementing effective solutions in complex or urgent situations.
  3. Some work experience and a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  4. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus.
  5. Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promoting team collaboration, willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
