Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.

Customer & Partner Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
  • Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or above, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills to quickly make accurate decisions and implement effective solutions in complex and urgent situations.
  • Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English; ability to communicate directly with foreign clients; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote team collaboration, willing to undertake overseas business trips; candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
